Liscio's Bakery is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative.

Summary / Objective:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing effective customer services for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and procedures as well as communicating effectively with team members within the company.  The CSR is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies by assisting with orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, complaints and other queries.                                        

Essential Functions:
  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns/errors/complaints/account questions/billing/cancellations, and other queries via phone, email and fax according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
  • Works closely with the credit department to resolve credit disputes
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Partners with team members to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Customer service experience.
  • Computer experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  •  Customer service experience.
  •  Computer experience.
  • Experience in high-call volume setting.
  • Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)

Work Environment
  • This job operates in a professional environment.  
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, laminating machine, labeler and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
  • This is a non-exempt, full-time position.  Work on holidays and weekends will be required.  
  • Days and hours of work are TBD.
